About the Role
As a Senior Consultant at Putnam, you will lead and manage teams of Associates & Life Sciences Consultants to complete projects. You will interact with clients to understand problems, develop hypotheses, structure complex problems, and lead daily operations for analysis and recommendations.
Responsibilities
- Interact with clients to understand problems, and develop and refine hypotheses to test
- Structure complex strategic and analytical problems that constitute the core of the team’s work
- Lead the daily operations of the team in executing and synthesizing analyses into key findings and actionable recommendation
- Participate in delivering these recommendations to our clients
Requirements
- Minimum degree required is a Bachelors
- 5+ years’ work experience with other top-tier consulting firms or within the Pharmaceutical or Biotechnology industries
- Proven analytic abilities
- Presentation skills
- Project and People Team management experience
- A team-oriented attitude are essential
- A working knowledge of the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry is also a prerequisite
