About the Role
We are building a new venture to address Germany's labor market challenges in finding, engaging, and hiring skilled workers at scale. This role involves building the initial product from scratch, with the potential to become the venture's Technical Co-Founder.
Responsibilities
- Build the first version of the product, covering candidate acquisition, qualification, matching, follow-up, and integrations into existing recruiting workflows.
- Automate messy, real-world workflows.
- Ship LLM/AI-agent functionality to users.
- Connect APIs, databases, messaging tools, and third-party systems.
- Build the company from day one with capital and hands-on support from Founders Factory.
- Validate the product quickly.
- Potentially step in as Technical Co-Founder of an independent venture-backed company.
Requirements
- Strong full-stack engineering ability to build independently from zero to a working product.
- Experience automating messy, real-world workflows.
- Hands-on experience shipping LLM/AI-agent functionality to users.
- Comfortable connecting APIs, databases, messaging tools, and third-party systems.
- Product-minded with a focus on removing work and improving conversion.
- High ownership and entrepreneurial ambition.
- Familiarity with the DACH market.
- German language proficiency strongly preferred.
