About the Role

We are launching a new training program, AI for Project Engineering, as part of a comprehensive AI Academy to prepare engineers for the AI era. We are seeking to expand our team.

Responsibilities

Provide technical answers to learners' questions (written and verbal) regarding AI-powered software development, modern AI architectures, MCP, and system integration.
Deliver and deepen training content in kick-off and closing live events, digital workshops, hackathons, and individual learning support.
Support learners through uncertainties in the learning process, sandbox exercises, hackathons, and client implementation projects.
Conduct and evaluate final projects, including the deployment of an MVP solution, and determine training success.
Create, prepare, and further develop learning materials related to AI coding copilots, spec-driven development, RAG, MCP, and cloud deployment.
Ensure quality of existing training, including providing feedback to the learning team.
Conduct individual coaching sessions on debugging, code reviews, build-vs-buy decisions, and test automation.
Support new team members.

Requirements

Completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification.
Several years of experience as a Software or AI Engineer, ideally with practical experience in AI-powered software development (coding copilots, LLM APIs, agent architectures, RAG, MCP).
Proficient in modern software engineering practices: testing, debugging, CI/CD, containerization (Docker), and cloud deployment.
Experience in integrating AI components into legacy systems and in data management for AI (data chunking, indexing, RAG).
Understanding of AI governance topics (EU AI Act, data security, Responsible AI).
Didactic experience in teaching technical content to experienced software engineers.
Understanding of didactic concepts in adult education and online further training.
High customer and service orientation, empathy, clear communication, and constructive feedback culture.
Hands-on mentality, team spirit, resilience, and flexibility.
Very good German and English skills (minimum C1).
