About the Role

We are launching a new training program, AI for Leaders & Project Managers, as part of a comprehensive AI Academy to prepare leaders and project teams for the AI era. We are seeking to expand our team.

Responsibilities

Provide expert answers to learner questions (written and verbal) on AI-supported project management, change management, and tools like Copilot, Power Automate, and Copilot Studio.
Deliver and deepen training content through kick-off live events, peer learning formats, on-demand mentoring, and individual learning support.
Support leaders and project managers with learning process uncertainties, business cases, stakeholder mapping, and change initiatives.
Conduct and evaluate final projects (e.g., AI-Readiness Frameworks, Change Impact Briefs) and determine training success.
Create, prepare, and further develop learning materials on AI-supported project management, knowledge management, and adoption tracking.
Ensure quality of existing training and provide feedback to the learning team.
Conduct individual coaching sessions on leadership topics such as 'Leading Without Authority', stakeholder communication, and change management.
Support new team members.

Requirements

Completed degree in a business or project management-related field (e.g., Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Business Psychology) or equivalent qualification.
Several years of experience in project, team, or program management, ideally in technical or industrial organizations.
Practical experience with AI tools for knowledge workers (e.g., Microsoft 365 Copilot, Codex, Copilot Studio) in a professional context.
Experience in change management, stakeholder communication, and business case creation.
Understanding of AI governance topics (EU AI Act, Responsible AI, Human-in-the-Loop principles).
Didactic experience in teaching leadership and management content to executives and project managers.
Understanding of didactic concepts in adult education and online training.
High customer and service orientation, empathy, clear communication, and constructive feedback culture.
Hands-on mentality, team spirit, resilience, and flexibility.
Very good German and English skills (min. C1).
