About the Role
The UK Customer Engagement Lead is responsible for the strategic direction, performance, and growth of Trenchant in the UK. This role involves recommending and implementing business development strategies, providing first-class customer support, and building strong relationships with customers, industry partners, and internal stakeholders. It also includes a field engineer component to demonstrate products and support their mission use.
Responsibilities
- Execute UK strategic plans in line with corporate direction to meet Trenchant goals.
- Manage the financial performance of Trenchant in the UK.
- Develop deep and professional relationships with all UK customers.
- Establish networks with appropriate customer leadership.
- Represent UK customers as a stakeholder in key business decisions.
- Collaborate with senior management, Product Delivery, and Engineering teams to align the business with customer requirements.
- Serve as a UK Field Engineer, providing technical expertise and product support to enable customer outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in software engineering, computer science, or a related technical discipline.
- 3+ years of management experience.
- Prior experience working in, or supporting Computer Network Operations teams.
- Recent and relevant experience (within the last 3 years) working in a technical field (e.g., Software Engineering, IT).
- Prior experience with Defense, Intelligence, Law Enforcement, or Cyber companies.
- Recent experience (within the last 3 years) deploying or installing solutions on Linux.
- Recent experience (within the last 3 years) administering, deploying to, or troubleshooting Web Servers.
- Recent experience (within the last 3 years) using network analysis software.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a UK security clearance.
- Hold UK citizenship for security purposes.
- Meet the requirement of right to work in the UK.
- Meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
- Subject to government security checks.
