Empire Merchants North is seeking a high energy, motivated Maintenance Technician in our Lyons, NY Distribution Center.

Cleans facility grounds by collecting debris and disposing of waste.
Cleans inside gated delivery fleet parking lot by collecting and disposing of waste.
Ensures proper lighting environment by changing light bulbs, as necessary.
Maintains facility’s interior and exterior appearance by painting surfaces as needed.
Assists in all types of building maintenance and light construction projects to support preventative maintenance and the production process.
Performs electrical troubleshooting, maintenance, and minor repairs on equipment and facility systems ranging from 120V to 480V, as appropriate to the position.
Follows established lockout/tagout procedures when servicing or assisting with the maintenance equipment.
May assist to help ensure consistent and efficient operation of conveyor system by regularly lubricating and cleaning based upon a pre-determined schedule.
Makes minor repairs to mechanical operations by utilizing hand tools and small power tools as required.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
Maintains a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
Use of PPE when needed or required.
