About the Role

Responsible for daily health center patient flow, aiming to reduce wait times and enhance the patient experience. This role involves maintaining systems to meet productivity benchmarks and performing Patient Care Associate duties as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and prioritize patient charts/clients, optimize room utilization, and ensure appropriate triage.
  • Minimize patient wait times by offering options and adjusting services.
  • Adjust staff schedules daily for efficient service delivery and adequate breaks.
  • Promote continuous communication for teamwork and effective customer service.
  • Contribute to achieving health center productivity goals.
  • Understand and commit to a customer-oriented approach to healthcare delivery.
  • Perform duties of a Patient Care Associate.
  • Act as an electronic health record super user.
  • Assess patient and staff schedules proactively, communicating concerns and solutions to Clinic Leadership.
  • Collaborate with staff and Clinic Leadership for optimal patient care and flow.
  • Inform site leadership of the day's flow and any unusual occurrences.
  • Support clinical leadership in training, motivating, and monitoring staff.
  • Work effectively with volunteers, trainees, and temporary personnel.
  • Perform other educational and experience-related duties as required.
  • Stay informed about policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Meet Clinical Services Standards of Behavior.
  • Complete responsibilities according to established protocols, policies, and standard practices, including ADA and regulatory compliance programs like HIPAA.

  • $30.96 - $30.96 an hour
