About the Role
The Rallye Motor Company has an immediate opportunity for a Part Time Service Valet at Rallye Acura. Seeking reliable, energetic, and motivated individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently park and transport client and company-owned vehicles, exceeding client expectations.
- Take photos of incoming vehicles as directed by management and tag all vehicles.
- Communicate with service advisors and technicians to determine vehicle readiness for shop entry and exit.
- Safely park vehicles in designated areas and maintain and organize keys.
- Greet customers in a friendly and courteous manner, directing them to their desired destinations.
- Maintain supplies and support systems, including floor mats and plastic seat coverings, as requested.
Requirements
- Must be at least 19 years of age.
- Must possess a clean and valid NY driver's license.
- Must be available to work Saturdays.
- Prior valet experience preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Outgoing and patient personality with outstanding customer relations ability.
- Professional personal appearance.
