About the Role
We have a high-energy pop-up in Broadway and need customer obsessed Sales Associates to help deliver an exceptional in-store experience. You’ll be the face of the brand on the shop floor welcoming guests, managing queues during busy periods, driving sales at POS, and keeping the space tight and on-brand.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers, understand needs, recommend fits/sizes, cross-sell, and close at POS.
- Replenish stock, size and fold, organize back-of-house, receive deliveries, and maintain floor appearance.
- Tag product, follow EAS procedures, maintain fitting room standards, and escalate concerns.
- Execute visual guidelines, size runs, and window refreshes; keep displays aligned with brand direction.
- Assist with launch days, influencer visits, and extended trading hours.
- Contribute to daily targets (conversion, UPT, ATV) and customer satisfaction scores.
- Follow safety, fire code, and incident reporting procedures.
Requirements
- 1+ year retail, fashion, or hospitality experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing role.
- Confident communicator with a warm, proactive approach.
- Comfortable with busy, high-footfall environments and line management.
- Fan/Consumer of the brand.
- Tech-friendly (POS/iPad apps); quick to learn new systems.
- Team player who’s punctual, reliable, and detail-driven.
- Multilingual (Spanish/Mandarin a plus).
- Styling experience.
- Key-holder experience.
