About the Role
NTT DATA in the DACH region provides essential value to business success by serving IT technological requirements across all industries. The AI Delivery Business Unit offers a function to evaluate, conceptualize, and address complex requirements. We are seeking an AI and GenAI Architect to develop innovative solutions, take technical responsibility, and provide strategic customer consulting.
Responsibilities
- Develop innovative AI solutions and design scalable, practical systems that offer real added value to international clients.
- Take technical responsibility for the entire lifecycle of AI solutions, from initial idea through development to final implementation and optimization.
- Advise clients on AI technologies and applications, developing customized solutions that meet their needs.
- Conceptualize and design complex end-to-end AI and GenAI solutions using state-of-the-art OSS and Cloud-Native technologies, orchestrating MLOps and LLMOps in production systems.
- Actively collaborate with international teams, conduct workshops, and support clients and team members with technical expertise.
- Evaluate and recommend new AI technologies, assisting with proposals and client workshops to drive innovation.
Requirements
- Hold a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, or a related field; a Master's or Ph.D. is advantageous.
- Possess at least 4 years of experience in developing and implementing AI and Machine Learning solutions both on-premises and in the cloud.
- Have at least 1 year of experience developing GenAI solutions, such as RAG or agents.
- Demonstrate proven technical expertise in relevant programming languages, preferably Python, with experience in AI and GenAI frameworks like SciKit-Learn, PyTorch, KubeFlow, HuggingFace, LangChain, or similar.
- Ability to design, develop, and create software solutions, ideally for AI and GenAI projects, with knowledge of agile software development methodologies.
- Work independently and collaboratively in international teams, possess fluent communication skills in German and English, and exhibit efficient time management and problem-solving abilities.
