About the Role
Design and iterate on mockups, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes for our websites and digital touchpoints. Own the visual language of our web presence from first click to final booking. Collaborate closely with Frontend, Marketing, and Product from brief to pixel-perfect handoff. Run usability checks and translate user feedback into sharp, actionable design decisions. Work with modern AI-powered design tools and use them to move faster and smarter. Contribute to projects rethinking what a hostel brand can look and feel like online.
Responsibilities
- Design and iterate on mockups, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes for websites and digital touchpoints.
- Own the visual language of our web presence.
- Collaborate with Frontend, Marketing, and Product teams.
- Run usability checks and translate user feedback into design decisions.
- Utilize AI-powered design tools.
- Contribute to projects rethinking the online brand experience.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Figma.
- Experience with tools like Canva.
- Ability to think in user flows.
- Knowledge of web design principles including responsive layouts, accessibility, and developer handoff.
- Experience using AI tools in design workflow.
- Clear communication of design decisions to various teams and stakeholders.
- Passion for travel, hospitality, and creative boundaries is a plus.
