Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience building ML systems in production, with hands-on depth across data science, ML engineering, and ML operations.
  • Experience designing and training models, building production pipelines and services, and operating them under production load.
  • Proven technical leadership experience, including owning team direction, leading multi-quarter cross-team initiatives, and growing senior engineers.
  • Deep experience prototyping, refining, and deploying predictive models (supervised and unsupervised learning, neural networks, recommenders) using frameworks like PyTorch and Tensorflow.
