About the Role

As JUNA's Sales Lead for France, you will own our commercial growth in the French market and act as the local commercial lead. Reporting to the Head of Sales, you will identify growth opportunities, build senior customer relationships, and convert prospects into signed business.

Responsibilities

  • Build JUNA's commercial presence in France through a focused, relationship-led approach.
  • Own the commercial development of the French market and identify JUNA's strongest market opportunities.
  • Prioritize attractive customer segments and focus accounts based on strategic fit and deal potential.
  • Leverage JUNA's existing relationships and partnerships to accelerate market access.
  • Activate your French industry network to open doors and create senior-level access.
  • Build deep local intelligence on customers, competitors, buying dynamics, and key decision makers in France.
  • Own the commercial cycle from first contact to signed deal for created opportunities.
  • Represent JUNA with customers in France.
  • Build tailored account plans for selected strategic French prospects.
  • Build trusted relationships with senior customer stakeholders.
  • Qualify opportunities based on operational fit, commercial value, and customer readiness.
  • Lead customer conversations from initial meeting through solution development and business case.
  • Coordinate internal experts across Sales, Commercial Strategy, and Operations to shape winning proposals.
  • Negotiate and close high-value new business opportunities.
  • Ramp up quickly by building a deep understanding of JUNA's product, commercial model, and existing relationships in France.
  • Map the French market to identify segments, customers, and decision makers with the strongest potential.
  • Create pipeline by converting strong focus accounts into qualified commercial opportunities.
  • Become JUNA's commercial lead and internal expert for the French market.
  • Convert a focused set of high-value French accounts into signed deals.
  • Develop a repeatable commercial approach based on successful strategies in France.
  • Use customer and market insight to influence JUNA's investment and scaling strategies in France.

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in new business, strategic sales, business development, or a comparable commercial role in France.
  • A strong track record of opening and converting complex business-to-business or enterprise accounts.
  • An established professional network in France, with the ability to create senior-level customer access.
  • Strong understanding of the French business environment, customer landscape, and commercial dynamics.
  • Confidence engaging and influencing senior customer stakeholders.
  • Professional fluency in French and English required.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset: comfortable building market presence from an early stage with limited structure.
  • Strategic focus: prioritize time where the commercial upside is highest.
  • Relationship-driven approach: skilled in creating trust and access with senior stakeholders.
  • Commercially minded: ability to turn market insight into concrete opportunities and deals.
  • Autonomous: ability to set direction, drive momentum, and take ownership without waiting for instructions.
  • Hands-on approach: willingness to move between market strategy, prospecting, and deal execution.
  • Persistent: ability to stay close to strategic accounts and find alternative routes to engagement.
