About the Role

As a Senior Manager - Digital Transformation (m/w/d) at Etribes, you will be instrumental in guiding B2B companies toward digital excellence. Responsibilities

Ensure excellent execution of B2B digitalization projects for clients.
Identify further development potential for clients along their digital transformation journey.
Manage complex projects and programs from planning to successful implementation.
Coordinate diverse stakeholders, manage timelines, risks, and dependencies.
Deliver reliably to clients.
Develop pragmatic, actionable concepts and present results clearly.
Actively share knowledge with junior colleagues.
Identify market growth opportunities and ensure concepts are realized.
Manage complex IT projects.

Requirements

Deep experience in implementing digital touchpoints in large organizations.
Understanding of corporate challenges, including silo structures and multi-tiered B2B sales.
Experience in managing projects and programs.
Ability to manage complex projects and programs in a structured and goal-oriented manner.
Ability to coordinate diverse stakeholders.
Ability to keep an eye on timelines, risks, and dependencies.
Ability to ensure reliable delivery to the client.
Experience in steering complex IT projects.
Ideally, initial experience with AI-supported tools and technologies.
Interest in the meaningful application of AI in transformation and digitalization projects.
