About the Role
This entry-level role supports the Engineering team with technical tasks related to equipment installations, maintenance, documentation, and project execution, offering hands-on learning in an industrial manufacturing environment. The technician will report to the Engineering Team Leader and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Perform basic troubleshooting and diagnostics under guidance.
- Participate in equipment performance evaluations and data collection.
- Provide hands-on support for small improvement projects and modifications.
- Maintain tool organization and inventory for the engineering workspace.
- Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to resolve technical issues.
- Participate in cross-functional meetings and provide technical input.
- Assist senior engineers with equipment and system planning, installation, and commissioning.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food quality regulations.
- Assist in the safe lifting, positioning, and moving of heavy equipment using appropriate tools.
