About the Role
Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane is seeking a Casual Food and Beverage Server to support both In Room Dining and Banqueting teams. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain experience across multiple Food and Beverage areas within a leading luxury hotel, with flexible working opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Deliver food and beverage service to guests in line with Four Seasons standards
- Support the setup, service, and breakdown of banqueting events and functions
- Deliver In Room Dining orders professionally and efficiently
- Prepare function rooms, service stations, and event spaces
- Respond to guest requests with warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of service areas throughout shifts
- Work closely with kitchen and operational teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Ensure accurate handling of guest orders and requests
- Support a positive team environment and contribute to exceptional guest satisfaction
Requirements
- Previous experience within hospitality, restaurants, bars, banqueting, or events is preferred
- Right to Work in the UK
