About the Role
Join a team at the centre of complex financing transactions. Help deliver high-profile syndicated loan transactions across EMEA while working with borrowers, lenders, legal counsel, and internal stakeholders. This is a great opportunity to build expertise in a client-facing role with exposure to a broad range of financing structures and industry sectors.
Responsibilities
- Manage deal closings, funds flow, and transaction onboarding.
- Review facility documentation to ensure compliance with internal policies and market standards.
- Coordinate with lenders, borrowers, legal counsel, and internal stakeholders to deliver transaction milestones.
- Act as the primary contact for agency-related queries and issue resolution.
- Facilitate amendments, waivers, consents, and syndicate communications.
- Investigate operational issues and mitigate transaction risks.
- Oversee offshore servicing activities to ensure excellent client delivery.
Requirements
- Proven experience within Loans Agency operations.
- Strong understanding of credit documentation.
- Ability to confidently interpret complex loan agreements.
- Experience using LoanIQ is essential.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proactive, organised, and results-driven.
- Confidence to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Enjoy taking ownership, showing initiative, and contributing to a culture where challenges are embraced and opportunities are acted upon.
