About the Role

This role provides professional, courteous, and efficient support to clients, vendors, and employees, assisting with client account management and service delivery within a premier warehousing and logistics organization.

Responsibilities

  • Manage small projects from quote to billing and support larger projects as needed
  • Coordinate small-parcel interstate FedEx shipments and support packing operations
  • Support Account Managers with client files, purchase orders, documentation, and invoicing
  • Collaborate with Operations, Dispatch, and Packing teams to meet client expectations
  • Provide professional communication and administrative support
  • Support senior leadership with administrative and operational needs
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company and safety policies

Requirements

  • Experience in logistics, fine art, or interior design environments
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Experience with warehouse or logistics software (Moveware/Studio) preferred (training provided)
  • 3–5 years of logistics, warehousing, art handling, or packing experience preferred
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to complete accurate documentation and records
  • Collaborative team player who works effectively across all levels
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
  • Strong written, verbal, and customer service communication skills
  • Excellent time management, organization, and multitasking abilities
