Responsibilities
- Manage market success, including sales figures and employee satisfaction.

- Proven experience as a retail leader, motivating teams to achieve top performance.
- Strong sense of responsibility, demonstrated through leadership competence and entrepreneurial decisions.
- Comfortable with financial data as a basis for sales-driving measures and business success.
- Adaptable to change and able to motivate the team to embrace challenges.
- Interest in pet-related topics is supported by professional training.
