About the Role
This role leads Loop’s partner motion with logistics providers and platforms across the UK and Europe, responsible for setting logistics strategy and executing cross-functionally. You will be an advocate and expert for Loop’s platform, representing the company in emerging markets and building/scaling relationships with logistics partners.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the strategic owner of Loop’s logistics strategy across EMEA.
- Manage and own a pipeline of partner-sourced sales opportunities.
- Drive revenue growth for Loop through consistent execution against quarterly pipeline goals.
- Create and execute joint business plans with partners to develop go-to-market strategies.
- Collaborate with PMM, Marketing, and Sales to identify opportunities that amplify Loop’s regional brand awareness.
- Develop a region-specific point of view on how Loop can achieve its growth objectives with each key partner.
- Become the face & owner of a highly dynamic ecosystem of logistics partners.
- Work alongside Agency/Tech Partner managers and other NA-based logistics PMs to maximize Loop’s regional and partner-specific opportunities.
- Travel regularly to meet ecosystem partners in person.
Requirements
- Deep understanding of the UK D2C e-commerce logistics and backend operations market.
- Existing rolodex of local relationships with logistics partners (WMS, 3PLs, Carriers etc).
- 3+ years of channel or logistics sales experience in a client-facing role.
- Proven track record of hitting revenue targets, owning/forecasting a pipeline and creating go-to-market playbooks.
- Highly resourceful and entrepreneurial operator who can work with a high level of autonomy.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional, global teams.
- Logistics acumen, knowledgeable in current/future practices, trends, and technology.
- Strategic agility to anticipate relationship and decision-making dynamics and adapt to situations.
- Strong active listener and communicator with examples of bringing consensus to challenging situations.
- Willing and able to travel 20% of the time.
