About the Role
The Sales Account Executive is responsible for recruiting exhibitors for PURE Life Experiences, a leading event in the luxury experiential travel industry. This role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with exhibitors and global buyers, contributing to the event's success through lead generation, client management, and ensuring value delivery.
Responsibilities
- Recruit exhibitors for PURE Life Experiences.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with exhibitors and global buyers.
- Play an active role in lead generation.
- Liaise with clients and manage client expectations.
- Ensure the event delivers value to all participants.
- Collaborate with the buyer programmes team to meet recruitment targets and drive engagement.
- Act as a brand ambassador, representing This is Beyond with professionalism and market knowledge.
Requirements
- Minimum 2-3 years of previous experience in luxury travel, hotel sales, or events preferred.
- Proven success in delivering targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM/Event Management systems preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage deadlines, and resolve problems efficiently.
- Proactive and innovative thinker with a track record of meeting targets individually and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel globally as required.
- Proficiency in email applications, diary management, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and organisational skills.
- Comfortable communicating and selling to people at very senior levels within client organisations.
- Willingness to travel and work flexible business hours as required.
- Capacity to work flexible hours as required when on-site.
