About the Role
Oversee the development and implementation of multiple, concurrent projects within an assigned portfolio of brands. Manage large-scale omni-channel initiatives from start to finish, ensuring delivery on budget, on time, on scope, and to required quality standards in a fast-paced agency environment. Collaborate with the Account Service Team on accurate scoping and estimating.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the Senior point of contact for all project-related matters, including scope, schedule, budget, risks/issues, and quality.
- Drive the end-to-end process for the development and execution of pharmaceutical marketing projects, including planning, estimating, resourcing, and project timeline accuracy.
- Own the financial health of assigned brand portfolios by tracking project-level budgets, burn rates, and forecasts against approved estimates.
- Proactively identify financial risks and variances, and leverage project management levers to course-correct and ensure portfolio financial targets are met.
- Partner with Account Service Team to maintain accurate revenue forecasting and provide regular financial reporting and commentary.
- Ensure adherence to OH’s integrated process, MLR, PAAB, ASC workflows, and identify opportunities for process optimization.
- Monitor and report on project progress, performance, and health against established metrics.
- Maintain accuracy of project documentation such as status reports, meeting minutes, and timeline exports.
- Foster effective communication among cross-functional team members.
- Plan internal meetings, disseminate project-related information, and provide regular updates on project status and tasking.
- Proactively communicate changes in priority, direction, and scope to project team members.
- Support operational excellence by identifying opportunities for process improvement and recommending enhancements to streamline project workflows.
- Provide guidance and support to Jr PMO team members, facilitating their professional growth and development.
- Perform other duties or special internal projects as assigned.
Requirements
- 6+ years of project management experience, with progressive responsibility.
- 4+ years of project management experience within a creative/pharma advertising agency.
- Proven ability to lead and manage large, complex initiatives from initiation through close-out.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to effectively support multiple client projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrated success in developing and managing project budgets.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- A growth mindset with an insatiable appetite to learn.
- Interest in science, health & wellness.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy at all times.
- A self-starter with the ability to work independently.
- Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced and evolving industry.
- Strong knowledge and applied experience of project management principles and methodologies (such as waterfall, and agile).
