About the Role

Own FDB’s brand voice and public narrative, including editorial planning, social presence, media relations, customer stories, and website editorial. Lead cross-functional content programs to ensure consistency, credibility, and clinical accuracy across all channels. This is a hands-on opportunity for an experienced brand and communications professional within a growing healthcare technology marketing team.

Responsibilities

  • Own brand voice, editorial planning, crisis communication and FDB’s public narrative across social presence, media relations, customer stories, blogging and the website editorial layer.
  • Approve routine external content and media engagement within approved talking points; escalate new positioning, sensitive claims, and external risk to the Vice President of Marketing.
  • Manage day-to-day vendor and agency relationships; recommend vendor and messaging changes.
  • Lead cross-functional content programs spanning Product Marketing, Sales, Legal, and Clinical stakeholders.
  • Guide responsible use of AI-assisted content tools — building reusable brand controls, prompt libraries, templates, and factual-error review workflows — to expand production capacity while keeping brand voice and clinical accuracy human-led.

Requirements

  • Strong B2B content and media track record, with demonstrated ownership across multiple channels (web, social, media relations, customer stories).
  • Vendor and cross-functional stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and editorial judgment, including the ability to operate confidently with AI-assisted tools under human review.
  • Ability to translate brand strategy into day-to-day editorial decisions and content standards.
  • Collaborative style with strong cross-functional partnership across Product Marketing, Sales, Legal, and Clinical teams.
