Responsibilities
- Take full leadership of demanding projects from planning to successful completion.
- Establish clear processes across all project phases by setting priorities, managing risks, and preparing decisions.
- Act proactively, derive measures, and thus ensure project success.
- Utilize classic and agile project management methods and frameworks, applying them situationally.
- Question the status quo, drive optimizations, and actively support changes.
- Communicate internally and externally, working closely with project teams, stakeholders, and clients.
Requirements
- Completed degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics, Project Management, or comparable qualification.
- Solid experience in managing technically demanding projects, ideally in the energy or IT sector.
- Proficiency in classic and agile project management methods (e.g., IPMA, PMI, PRINCE2, Scrum, SAFe).
- Confident demeanor, strong communication skills, and persuasive presentation abilities.
- Analytical and conceptual thinking.
- Very good German and good English language skills (written and spoken).
- Willingness for regular business travel within Germany, including flexibility to be on-site with the client during the week.
