About the Role
Europcar is looking for a Fleet Controller to coordinate the delivery and collection of vehicles for customers. This role is central to customer experience and requires efficiency and professionalism. The Fleet Controller will work with delivery/collection teams and central fleet teams, potentially interacting directly with customers.
Responsibilities
- Provide a high quality rental administration service to meet station needs.
- Assist in the accurate completion of all rental documents.
- Assist in the planning of the delivery and collection of vehicles.
- Handle telephone enquiries in a polite and professional manner.
- Accurately complete all rental administration and vehicle documentation.
- Report damage post rental.
- Ensure responsibility for vehicles, premises, and customer safety.
Requirements
- A full, valid clean driving licence.
- Minimum of 4 years driving experience.
- Ability to work as part of a small team.
- Ability to communicate clearly, verbally and in writing.
- A positive attitude and professional appearance.
- Enthusiastic and able to respond positively to objections.
- Manages time effectively and completes tasks required.
- Ability to prioritise and remain organised when working under pressure.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to work to procedures and follow instruction.
