About the Role
As a Senior UX Designer at Riverty, your work will focus on creating sustainable financial services by integrating human-centricity into our organization. You will explore, analyze, communicate, and advocate for relevance in our services for the target audience. You will join an international team of UX designers, UI designers, service designers, and UX writers, supporting peers across Europe.
Responsibilities
- Optimizing user interaction and overall experience with our service across consumer touchpoints and channels.
- Conducting research, creating wireframes, and designing prototypes.
- Ensuring a seamless, user-friendly experience that meets user needs and business goals.
- Gathering and analyzing information to produce and motivate design decisions.
- Producing end-to-end flows, wireframes, and prototypes to test and improve product functionality and experience.
- Validating design effectiveness against intended objectives.
- Analyzing user feedback and performance metrics for continuous improvement.
- Leveraging and contributing to the design system with high-fidelity designs and UI components.
- Collaborating with Product and Tech teams and management to align with business initiatives.
- Advocating for customers and promoting a strong design culture with a human-centric mindset.
Requirements
- Proficient in conducting user research, identifying user needs, and translating them into intuitive and impactful design solutions.
- Experienced in leading end-to-end product design processes, from concept ideation to final implementation.
- Skilled in creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of interaction design principles, information architecture, and usability best practices.
- Proficiency in conducting usability testing, gathering feedback, and iterating on designs.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strategic, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
