About the Role

This internship provides hands-on experience in managing iconic brands, driving consumer engagement, and supporting innovation in many of our iconic brands.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with brand managers to develop and execute brand strategies and annual plans.
  • Support product innovation initiatives, including concept development, consumer testing, and commercialization.
  • Analyze consumer insights, market data, and competitive trends to inform brand decisions.
  • Assist in the development of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, retail, and experiential channels.
  • Contribute to packaging development, brand messaging, and positioning efforts.
  • Prepare and present brand performance updates and strategic recommendations to cross-functional teams.

Requirements

  • Must graduate in August 2027, December 2027, May 2028, and major in Marketing, Professional Selling, Business Administration or relevant degree program, with a preferred 3.0 cumulative GPA
  • Applicants must not now, or at any time in the future, require employer sponsorship for a work visa
  • Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States for any employer
