About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join us in maximizing our courses and making a real difference in the lives of our participants. For the retraining as a Technical Building Manager (m/f/d), we are looking for a dedicated individual for our Berlin location who wants to enthusiastically pass on their practical knowledge to our participants.
Responsibilities
- Teach practical skills: You will impart the technical basics of building and facility technology to our participants and prepare them practically for their future professional use.
- Convey technical expertise: You will teach basic topics related to building technology systems, technical equipment, and typical tasks in building maintenance.
- Accompany learning processes: You will support our participants with technical questions and strengthen their understanding of technical contexts.
Requirements
- Completed training or further education in technical building management, facility management, trades, building management services, or a comparable specialization.
- Ideally, you have practical experience in building management, property supervision, building services, maintenance, or facility management.
- You enjoy supporting people, passing on your practical knowledge, and promoting individual learning success.
- You convince with a respectful demeanor and the ability to convey even complex issues understandably.
- You work in a structured, reliable manner and maintain an overview even with diverse tasks.
- You have very good German language skills in spoken and written form (C1 level).
