About the Role
This is a hands-on internship where you will work alongside the investment team on real deals, contribute to investment decisions, and develop your perspective on the European startup landscape.
Responsibilities
- Source and evaluate investment opportunities through research.
- Write investment memos and contribute to deal assessments.
- Develop sector expertise and share original insights.
- Support portfolio companies with analysis, research, and connections.
- Build network across Europe's startup and VC ecosystem.
Requirements
- In the final stages of a Bachelor's degree, pursuing a Master's, or recently graduated.
- At least one prior internship.
- Experience in a fast-moving environment (startup, VC, consulting, or private equity) is a plus.
- Genuine interest in technology, startups, and venture capital.
- Demonstrated curiosity and ability to form independent viewpoints.
- Evidence of initiative and action on interests.
- Clear thinking and communication skills.
- Ability to work full-time for 3-6 months.
- Possess the relevant work permit for the preferred office.
- Technical or niche background is a bonus.
- Ability to work from Berlin, Munich, or London office.
