About the Role

Provide manufacturing consulting (implementation consulting) to promote the adoption and use of Autodesk solutions. Responsibilities include process assessments, customer meeting facilitation, training, implementation, mentoring, and documentation.

Responsibilities

Work directly with enterprise customers to offer consulting services including process and workflow development strategies, training and technical guidance, and industry expertise.
Lead implementation consulting engagements with customers on strategic transformation and improvements for factory/process plant planning and operation, including Supply Chain Integration.
Contribute to sales and business development by helping customers understand the value of consulting services.
Support Sales/Business Development, Solutions Architects, and Business Consultants in developing customer proposals.
Set up new business improvement processes and prioritize required solutions.
Analyze current situations, define ideal state models, identify gaps, and propose solutions.
Define detailed requirements and workflows for applying Autodesk products like Inventor, Vault, Fusion Manage, AutoCAD, and Plant 3D.
Present optimal Autodesk product applications to customers and define/document detailed use cases.
Collaborate with customers and internal consulting groups to resolve technical issues.
Promote and confirm adoption and usage through presentations, tests, and training.
Provide customer experience feedback to the Global Consulting Group for product and process improvement.
Develop systems architecture, code, and implement solutions (may include).
Develop custom modules using technical skills, including programming knowledge (may include).

Requirements

At least 7 years' experience as a consultant specializing in the implementation of design and manufacturing solutions (PLM, ERP, MES) in the manufacturing, plant engineering, or automotive industries.
Understanding of digital transformation (DX) and digital twin in the manufacturing industry.
Experience in structured analysis of business information and workflow use case analysis.
IT knowledge of web applications, cloud, and databases.
Understanding of the software industry business.
Creative and good business sense.
Management skills for parallel projects.
Strong communication, flexibility, responsibility, and customer orientation.
Proficiency in Japanese and English.
