About the Role
As a Junior Consultant for AI-Powered Enterprise Networks, you will enter one of the most exciting technology fields, focusing on how AI, automation, and modern cloud architectures function within enterprise networks. These networks are the foundation for AI initiatives, cloud services, and digital transformation, crucial for generative AI and a digital future for clients.
Responsibilities
- Grow into exciting customer projects and learn how digital and AI-driven transformations work in practice, from initial analysis to implementation.
- Work in an experienced team and gain real responsibility within projects from the start.
- Learn about AI-ready network architectures that support AI workloads, automated operational processes, and modern cloud connections.
- Discover how automation and AI are changing network operations, from AIOps to automated configuration and rollout processes.
- Develop expertise through structured training, certifications, and close collaboration with experts.
Requirements
- No prior extensive professional experience is required; we seek individuals eager to learn a crucial technology field.
- Successfully completed or nearly completed degree with a technology background (STEM, Computer Science, Technical Business Administration, etc.) or an apprenticeship as an IT specialist.
- Interest in network technologies, AI, or automation, demonstrated through studies, internships, personal projects, or general curiosity.
- Enjoy analyzing complex topics, understanding interrelationships, and independently developing solutions.
- Demonstrate team spirit, strong communication skills, and enjoy collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
- Good German and English language skills for effective communication in international and diverse teams.
- Willingness to travel as required by project needs for client meetings, workshops, or longer on-site assignments.
