About the Role
Actively and future-orientedly shape the participation business unit. Develop concepts, derive sustainable solutions for integration assistance, and drive professional developments strategically.
Responsibilities
- Ensure uniform professional standards and required documentation.
- Steer cross-organizational professional development processes.
- Build and develop effective professional controlling.
- Evaluate and assess existing services and derive optimization measures.
- Guide and advise on professional processes and content.
- Develop new service offerings and provide professional support for pilot projects.
- Implement new concepts and service models.
- Assess legal changes.
- Analyze scientific findings.
- Prepare political and professional developments and derive practice-relevant recommendations for action.
- Represent the business unit management and the business unit in professional committees.
- Build, maintain, and coordinate networks and actively participate in relevant committees and working groups.
Requirements
- High degree of self-organization and independent prioritization of the area of responsibility.
- Confident action in complex and dynamic situations.
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills.
- Very good communication, moderation, and consulting skills.
- Comprehensive and well-founded knowledge of BTHG and SGB IX and the complex legal, professional, and structural contexts of integration assistance.
- Identification with a diaconal value system and a respectful and participatory approach to people.
