About the Role
As the Talent Acquisition Lead, you will play a strategic role in driving art-K’s ongoing expansion. You will take full ownership of the talent acquisition lifecycle designing innovative attraction strategies, conducting high-level assessments, and partnering directly with Directors and Branch Managers to build exceptional teams.
Responsibilities
- Drive the full recruitment journey with authentic curiosity and warmth.
- Listen deeply to candidate motivations and partner closely with studio managers.
- Spend time on-site to understand local hiring needs.
- Ensure candidates feel valued and build strong relationships across 60+ locations.
- Explore regional hiring trends and talent metrics to refine attraction strategies.
- Bring a curious, proactive approach to solving recruitment challenges.
- Translate market insights and performance data into clear, persuasive recommendations for senior leadership.
- Optimize hiring pipelines and streamline processes.
- Design innovative attraction strategies.
- Conduct high-level assessments.
- Partner directly with Directors and Branch Managers to build exceptional teams.
Requirements
- Eager to ask questions, uncover candidate motivations, and spend time in studios listening to Branch managers' hiring needs.
