About the Role

This field-based role offers a rewarding career in the community, managing your own diary and ensuring clients receive quality care in their homes. Responsibilities
- Assessing and reviewing individual care packages
- Providing practical training to care workers
- Conducting clinical supervisions and instructions
- Working with healthcare workers at the point of care (home, school, community, day centres)
- Interacting with ICBs, Case Management, Social Services, private and NHS hospitals, nursing homes, and learning disability establishments
- Participating in a paid phone support On Call Rota on a rotational basis
Requirements
- Registered Nurse (adult) with experience in complex care
- Tracheostomy and ventilation experience required
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic, caring, empathetic, and compassionate
- Driving licence required
