Join Felicity J Lord Estate Agents as a Trainee Lettings Agent in our thriving Wapping office and take your first step into London's exciting property market. Responsibilities
- Market properties to potential tenants
- Arrange and conduct property viewings
- Negotiate offers
- Agree new tenancies
- Generate new leads through canvassing, door knocking, and leaflet dropping
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Landlords and Tenants
- Continue training and development with close support from your mentor
Requirements
- Must have access to your own vehicle
- Full UK Driving Licence must be for a manual or automatic car
- Before starting, you will need to provide proof of business insurance for your vehicle
- If you voluntarily leave the role within the first 12 months of employment, you may be required to reimburse the company for the costs associated with your training programme
