About the Role

As our first in-house service technician, you will be the interface between our technology and on-site deployment. You will install, maintain, and train – independently, hands-on, and with real creative freedom.

Responsibilities

• Install and commission IoT devices and gateways in heating systems.
• Maintain and perform quality control on existing installations.
• Train customers and external service providers on the use of our technology.
• Provide technical project support by contributing practical knowledge to offers and projects.
• Create checklists for systems and provide feedback from the field for process improvement.
• Provide occasional support at other locations (max. a few days per month).

Requirements

• Completed training in the electrical or SHK (Sanitary, Heating, and Air Conditioning) field, or equivalent practical experience.
• German language proficiency at C1 level.
• Valid Class B driver's license.
• Independent work style with self-organization and on-site decision-making.
• Problem-solver mentality.
• Long-term commitment and desire to shape a role.
