Moss is seeking a Partnerships Manager to cultivate long-term relationships with partners and expand channels for customer acquisition. This role is crucial for Moss's goal of becoming the European market leader in spend management, requiring cross-functional collaboration and expertise.

Responsibilities

  • Identify potential partnership opportunities aligned with strategic goals and target markets.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of prospective partners' suitability and potential value.
  • Cultivate and nurture relationships with existing and potential partners.
  • Establish rapport, engage in effective communication, and maintain regular contact with partners.
  • Lead negotiations to create and finalize partnership agreements with beneficial commercial terms.
  • Collaborate with legal and executive teams to ensure contract compliance and risk mitigation.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth through partnerships.
  • Monitor and optimize partnership performance to maximize financial outcomes.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Support teams to align partnership activities with business goals.
  • Ensure seamless coordination and communication across departments for effective execution of partnership initiatives.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B partnership roles or business development in a fast-growing SaaS or financial services company.
  • Fluent in German (C2) and English (C1).
