About the Role

This role supports the development, implementation, and continuous evolution of the Company's Total Reward strategy to attract, retain, and motivate talent. You will play a key role in designing, delivering, and administering reward programs, compensation activities, market benchmarking, and benefits initiatives. Leverage data, systems, and analytics to inform decision-making, improve processes, and enhance the employee experience. Challenge existing ways of working and contribute to the continuous improvement of reward and HR processes.

Responsibilities

  • Provide advice and guidance on reward policies, processes, and market practice.
  • Deliver annual reward activities, including modeling salary ranges, review budgets, bonus outcomes, and scenarios.
  • Assess affordability, distribution, and employee impact of reward decisions.
  • Prepare decision materials for senior stakeholders.
  • Conduct market benchmarking and analyze external reward data.
  • Maintain global job catalogue, associated salary ranges/attributes, and employee job profile matching.
  • Support workforce planning and budgeting with analysis on headcount, organizational structures, workforce costs, market trends, and reward data.
  • Assist in the review and development of Total Reward policies, frameworks, and programs.
  • Ensure reward data accuracy and reliability.
  • Review and approve Workday transactions in line with compensation processes and policies.
  • Support equal pay and pay equity analysis.
  • Support benefit renewals and vendor data analysis.
  • Review participation, cost, utilization, and market competitiveness of benefits.
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance reward and people analytics, management information, and reporting.
  • Leverage Workday and other technologies for insights, data-driven decision-making, and improved reporting.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, and improve reward and HR processes through automation, self-service, and technology solutions.
  • Support global HR and reward projects, contributing analysis, testing, process design, and implementation.
  • Build effective relationships across HR, Finance, the business, and external partners.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Take ownership of initiatives, working independently and collaboratively to deliver results.

Requirements

  • Experience in reward, compensation, and people analytics.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience turning data into actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Proven experience producing accurate, high-quality management information and reporting.
  • Experience working with HR systems and data, including Workday.
  • Experience supporting reward activities such as salary reviews, benchmarking, incentive plans, or benefits administration is desirable.
  • Experience within financial services, commodities, trading, or investment banking environments is advantageous.
  • Exposure to broader HR processes and practices would be beneficial.

  • Advanced IT skills (MS Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, SAP reporting, Workday)
  • Complex Excel formulas (if statements, x/vlookups)
  • Excel workbook analysis (what-if scenarios, pivot tables, graphs)
  • Reporting, analytics, or visualization tools (Workday Reporting, Power BI, or similar)
  • Working with large datasets

  • Salary benchmarking tools (McLagan or comparable surveys) is desirable
