About the Role

This role involves executing and delivering valuable services for LSEG TORA clients, including onboarding, STP integration, and managing special projects to support trading and operational activities. The position requires a professional focused on customer service and managing client expectations to achieve project goals and timelines.

Responsibilities

  • Work directly with traders, portfolio managers, back/middle office staff, brokers, and other software vendors to implement client solutions.
  • Lead the onboarding of new LSEG TORA clients, aligning solutions to client goals and workflows for a smooth launch.
  • Define requirements with engineering teams and manage the straight-through-processing of trade information to client downstream systems.
  • Lead client-specific projects, including defining requirements, crafting SOW documents, and managing projects to completion.
  • Fulfill new client requests, including system functionality and configuration changes, within required timeframes.
  • Accurately record all projects and time spent using designated systems and processes.
  • Support cross-regional initiatives for clients and the team to achieve global company goals.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of financial products and experience in the electronic trading space (e.g., OMS, EMS, FIX connectivity).
  • Proven experience in the financial services industry with a deep understanding of systems, applications, and programs.
  • Proven expertise in business analysis, project management, planning, and organization.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills in English.
  • Comfortable addressing clients and skilled in gathering client requirements.
  • Ability to multitask in a multifaceted environment with attention to detail.
  • Analytical skills and a strong sense of urgency to provide solutions and insights.
  • Ability to forge positive relationships with clients, partners, and team members.
  • Proficient speaking and writing in Japanese.
