Responsibilities

Accompany media products and campaigns through different stages of implementation.
Develop marketing and advertising concepts for various target groups and channels.
Calculate costs, analyze markets, and gain insights into market research, target group behavior, and media planning.
Develop social media ideas for high-reach brands and learn to tailor content to specific platforms.
Present concepts convincingly, both within the team and to clients.
Collaborate closely with colleagues from different departments and gain diverse insights into modern media work.

Requirements

Successfully completed or will soon complete Abitur or Fachabitur.
Enjoy customer contact and direct exchange with diverse colleagues.
Proficient in MS Office programs.
Engaged, motivated, and curious about working in different areas.
Solution-oriented approach to achieving team goals.
Very good German (min. C1) and good English (min. B2) language skills.
