About the Role
The Supply Network Planning Manager is responsible for leading the daily production scheduling and stock availability across PepsiCo's Snacks categories in Australia. This role ensures products are in the right location at the right time through strong cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Lead the supply management for all domestic and imported products to deliver 98% SL.
- Lead the long-term capacity modelling, stock builds and sourcing decisions.
- Manage inventory holdings and corresponding freshness and obsolescence impacts.
- Lead improvements in Supply Planning tools and technologies.
- Lead the IBP Supply Chain Review (SCR).
- Lead supply communications to internal and external stakeholders.
- Support the AOP process and provide annual volumes to stakeholders.
- Lead obsolescence clearance process & drive continuous improvement to reduce risk.
- Manage end to end process for imported products (shipping, inventory, 3rd party warehouse & distribution).
Requirements
- Degree qualified with 5 years’ experience in an analytical and material supply role.
- Strong numeracy and Project management with analytical skills.
- SAP/JDA skills.
- Ability to manager Cross functional stakeholders.
- Understanding of end to end Supply Chain operation.
- Close collaboration with Raw Materials, Distribution center, Production Management.
