Responsibilities
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs, objectives, and challenges.
- Document and analyze business requirements, processes, and workflows.
- Translate details into proper documentation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and project managers to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Track and maintain a log of business requirements for prioritization, ensuring alignment with business roadmaps.
- Perform project planning, estimation, and resource allocation.
- Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or deviations from the plan through meetings, recaps, and trackers.
- Utilize AI tools for project management activities.
Requirements
- Experience with presentation/project management tools like Quip, Keynote, Miro, Slack.
- Project Management experience.
- Ability to provide support to a wide variety of business teams.
- Good interpersonal, relationship building, communication, and presentation skills.
- Apple experience preferred.
- Must be able to commute to and from the on-site location with own transportation.
- Ability to work in a shop floor environment, which may include extensive walking and lifting up to 40 lbs.
