About the Role

As an Electrician, you will be responsible for the maintenance, upkeep, and troubleshooting of our electrical systems and technical building equipment. You will work independently and in a solution-oriented manner, using your technical expertise to ensure our guests can rely on smooth hotel operations at all times.

Responsibilities

Perform inspection, maintenance, and repair work on electrical systems and technical building equipment in our hotels.
Independently analyze and quickly resolve technical and electrical faults.
Carry out installation, assembly, connection, and repair work on electrical systems and equipment.
Maintain and service lighting systems, switch and distribution boards, sockets, electrical appliances, and other technical facilities.
Conduct and document electrical tests and measurements, especially according to DGUV Regulation 3.
Support renovation, conversion, expansion, and modernization measures in our hotels.
Ensure the functionality of technical systems and support with all electrical engineering issues during ongoing hotel operations.
Carefully document maintenance, repairs, tests, and completed work.
Collaborate closely with hotel management, building services, external service providers, and other technical trades.
Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor when working in ongoing hotel operations and guest areas.

Requirements

Completed training as an electrician, electronics technician, electrical engineer (m/f/d), or a comparable electrical qualification.
Ideally, several years of professional experience in maintenance, building technology, or technical facility management.
Good knowledge of electrical installation and electrical engineering.
Experience in troubleshooting, fault resolution, and maintenance and repair of electrical systems.
Knowledge in conducting electrical tests and measurements, ideally according to DGUV Regulation 3.
Manual dexterity and strong technical understanding.
Proficient in using PCs and digital documentation or maintenance systems.
Independent, structured, and reliable work approach.
High service and solution orientation.
Team player with enjoyment in collaborating with various stakeholders.
Good German language skills, both written and spoken.
English language skills are an advantage.
Driver's license class B required.
Flexibility and willingness to travel.
