About the Role

Responsibilities
- Practice-oriented instruction and support of trainees and students in their learning process and in the implementation of theoretical content in all nursing settings.
- Promotion of the professional and personal development of trainees through targeted support and feedback.
- Organization, coordination, and evaluation of practical phases in cooperation with the responsible departments and our nursing school.
- Further development and adaptation of practical instruction to current requirements and innovative training approaches.
Requirements
- Completed training as a specialist nurse or a Bachelor's degree in a nursing program.
- Completed further training as a practice instructor with initial professional experience.
- Clinical professional experience in the somatic area; interest and openness to the psychiatric field are desirable.
- High professional competence and the ability to convey complex content understandably.
- Strong communication skills, empathy, teamwork, initiative, and independent work are your strengths.
