About the Role
Knight Frank seeks an Associate or Partner for its market-leading Industrial & Logistics European Capital Markets team. This role involves advising clients on significant transactions across Continental Europe, working with institutional investors, REITs, private equity firms, and high-net-worth individuals to shape investment strategies and achieve market-leading outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Support and lead the analysis and execution of acquisitions and disposals across single assets, portfolios, and development opportunities.
- Manage due diligence processes and coordinate with technical, legal, and occupational advisors.
- Prepare investment marketing materials, information memorandums, data rooms, and investor presentations.
- Undertake property inspections, investor meetings, and transaction presentations.
- Ensure all transactions are managed in line with internal compliance and risk management procedures.
- Conduct detailed investment appraisals using discounted cash flow (DCF) and spot pricing analysis.
- Build and review complex financial models to assess investment and development opportunities.
- Analyze tenancy schedules, lease documentation, development appraisals, and asset management plans.
- Monitor portfolio performance and provide strategic recommendations aligned with client objectives.
- Support investment decisions through detailed market and financial analysis.
- Prepare and deliver pitch presentations for new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with investors across Europe and globally.
- Attend client meetings, industry events, and conferences, including international travel.
- Collaborate with colleagues across Knight Frank's European and global network to identify opportunities and share market intelligence.
- Maintain a strong understanding of Industrial & Logistics investment and occupational markets across Europe.
- Monitor economic trends, capital flows, and debt market movements to identify opportunities and risks.
- Develop and manage market data sets, investor intelligence, and transaction databases.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of commercial real estate investment and capital markets.
- Degree qualification (2:1 or above, or equivalent).
- Strong analytical and financial modelling skills.
- Advanced Excel capabilities and confidence working with complex investment models.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience working with senior stakeholders, investors, and clients.
- A genuine interest in capital markets and real estate investment.
- Ability to use data, technology, and AI-driven solutions to enhance efficiency and insight.
- Collaborative and team-oriented approach.
