About the Role
This is a hands-on role focused on delivering exceptional service and memorable experiences to our valued and loyal guests at Mee So, a vibrant, contemporary dining destination in Sydney CBD. You will play an active role in the day-to-day operations, bringing creativity and expertise to the bar while crafting and serving both classic and innovative cocktails and beverages.
Responsibilities
- Crafting and serving classic and innovative cocktails and beverages.
- Playing an active role in the day-to-day operations of Mee So.
- Delivering exceptional service and memorable experiences to guests.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a bartender or bar service role.
- Strong understanding of cocktails, spirits, wine and beverages.
- Excellent customer service skills with a genuine passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
- Confident cocktail-making skills, with the ability to deliver both classic and innovative drinks with consistency.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
- A positive, energetic and professional attitude.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to responsible service.
- A valid NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification.
