About the Role

The BRG Transaction Advisory practice is seeking professionals to support client engagements in a team-oriented environment. This role involves articulating findings and recommendations on financial and business issues within transactions and identifying key value drivers.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day activities of Corporate Finance – Transaction Advisory client service teams on buy and sell side diligence engagements.
• Demonstrate consistent project delegation, supervision, and leadership skills.
• Utilize business, finance, accounting, and analytical skills for tasks including quality of earnings, financial trend analysis, working capital trending, benchmark, financial statement review, and business plan assessments.
• Work collaboratively in a team environment with TA and BRG experts, other professionals, and client contacts.
• Lead the preparation of reports, written analyses, presentations, and client deliverables.
• Participate in the development of a fast-growing consulting practice, including marketing, client pitches, and product/practice development.
• Demonstrate professionalism, ethics, quality, and integrity.
• Assist in identifying issues for purchase price adjustments and potential deal structuring insights.

Requirements

• Bachelors or Masters degree equivalent in Business, Accounting/Finance, Management, Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, or related field.
• 1 to 3 years of prior work experience, ideally in a consulting or professional services environment.
• Interest and knowledge in the Healthcare Financial industry.
• Strong data analysis skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Desire and ability to manage processes and other staff.
• Strong written and oral communication skills and ability to interact with senior management.
• Ability to work independently on smaller transactions.
• Willingness to travel up to 40% when/if needed.
• Must be able to submit verification of legal right to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
