About the Role
Honey Homes is seeking experienced handymen to serve a dedicated territory of 40-50 homes in the North Peninsula area, offering steady, well-paid work without client hunting or unpredictable schedules.
Responsibilities
- Manage a dedicated route of 40-50 residential homes as the trusted handyman.
- Perform residential repairs and maintenance across multiple trades including carpentry, painting, drywall, plumbing, electrical, and smart home device installation.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and build long-term homeowner relationships.
- Use a mobile app to track jobs, tasks, and schedules.
Requirements
- 5+ years of handyman, maintenance technician, or multi-trade experience.
- Hands-on skill across carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, and drywall.
- Prior work as a maintenance technician, carpenter, plumber, or electrician strongly preferred.
- Strong troubleshooting ability to independently assess and fix most home issues.
- Attention to detail in work quality.
- Customer-friendly attitude with strong listening and communication skills.
- Reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, and own tools.
- Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Comfortable working on ladders or scaffolding at heights up to 12 feet.
