About the Role
Design and produce a wide variety of marketing materials, ensuring all creative output adheres to brand standards and meets quality control expectations. Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven, high-volume environment.
Responsibilities
- Design and produce property brochures, offering memoranda, and pitch decks.
- Define property brand identity including fonts, colors, logos, patterns, and illustrations.
- Design property websites, proposals, presentation materials (print and digital), email campaigns, social media assets, advertisement design, and web graphics.
- Create infographics, maps, stacking plans, floor plans, and other original art.
- Design event collateral, event signage, promotional merchandise, environmental graphics, custom leasing signage, and large-format installations.
- Ensure all materials are proofed, high-quality, and print- or digital-ready.
- Proactively manage and update tasks and projects in a project management tool.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven, high-volume environment.
- Maintain and organize digital asset libraries, templates, and style guides.
- Collaborate with marketing, brokerage, leasing, and research teams to develop design solutions.
- Develop multiple design concepts from creative briefs and present them to stakeholders.
- Incorporate feedback to refine and improve visual content.
- Support internal communications, leadership initiatives, and executive presentations.
- Perform or assume additional duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Communication Arts, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Minimum 3 years of professional graphic design experience, ideally in commercial real estate, architecture, corporate marketing, or B2B industries.
- Experience designing for email, web, social media, and environmental applications (e.g., signage, large-format graphics).
- Strong portfolio demonstrates excellence in typography, layout, and visual hierarchy across both print and digital mediums.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat).
- Working knowledge of HTML/CSS, Wix, or other web platforms (WordPress, Squarespace) preferred.
- Proficiency with PowerPoint and the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
- Basic understanding of responsive design, asset optimization, and preparing files for both print and digital deployment.
- Experience with motion/video editing tools such as After Effects or Premiere Pro is a plus.
- Strong conceptual thinker with a polished, modern design aesthetic and solid foundation in typography, layout, and color theory.
- Self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing shifting priorities with minimal supervision.
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills with a positive, solutions-focused mindset.
- Strong customer service orientation and ability to work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and clients.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with high attention to detail.
- Enthusiastic about storytelling, branding, and bringing property campaigns to life through compelling design.
- Comfortable taking direction and feedback while contributing new ideas and design innovations.
