About the Role
ACCIONA's Graduate Program combines real project experience, structured learning, and global collaboration to build regenerative infrastructure for the future. The program aims to create a pipeline of future talent by offering exploration of interests, capability building, and career pathway definition through three rotations.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with 200+ graduates from 10+ countries.
- Undertake training delivered with the Comillas Pontifical University in Madrid, Spain.
- Explore interests, build capability, and define career pathways through 3 rotations.
- Work on construction projects locally, regionally, and interstate.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or tertiary qualification in a related field.
- Full working rights in Australia or New Zealand.
- Full completion of undergraduate level study within the last 3 years (2024 - 2026).
- Mobility and flexibility.
Skills
- Desire to make a difference.
- Passion for promoting sustainable development.
- Interest in finding solutions to global challenges.
